Emanuel Martinez, Managing
Director - Mr. Martinez manages all aspects of due diligence,
direct fund management, financial reporting and mergers & acquisitions
for GHV Fund, LP as well as the firm's Global Private Wealth Management
group. Prior to GreenHills Ventures, Mr. Martinez was directly involved
with the $125 million sale of Sixdegrees.com to YouthStream Media
Network (�YSTM�) and the $150 million sale of E@wonders to BuyItNow.
From 1993 through 2001, Mr. Martinez was an active private investor
and financial manager performing a myriad of financing transactions
on behalf of several high-net-worth individuals and family trusts
investing in companies which include sixdegrees, E@wonders, Inlumen,
Dial Corporation, Seagram's Beverage Corporation, and Olsten Financial
Services. From 1985 through 1993, Mr. Martinez held several senior
management level positions including Managing Director for Mergers
& Acquisition for Citibank, NA and Vice President of Finance
for American Express Corporation. Prior to Citibank, Mr. Martinez
was involved in Coastal Oil's $1.7 billion acquisition of American
Natural Resources. Mr. Martinez is on several advisory boards including
the Sandy Weill Institute, the High School of Economics and Finance
and E-POL, Inc. (an intelligence and securities company for which
he is a Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer). In 1994, Emanuel
was appointed by the Governor of Georgia, Zell Miller, to be a member
of Operation Legacy Project whose mission was to attract major corporations
to relocate their headquarters to Atlanta in preparation for the
1996 Centennial Olympics Games. Mr. Martinez holds a M.B.A in Finance
and a B.A. in Accounting fromSt. John's University and he completed
the Harvard Business School Executive Program in Mergers & Acquisitions
and Corporate Finance. Mr. Martinez is also a Certified Public Accountant
from New York State and speaks Spanish, Italian and Hebrew.
Patrick Tan,
Managing Director - Mr. Tan brings tremendous
technology experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, pharma,
and CRM. Mr. Tan oversaw the launch of sixdegrees.com, an internet
portal with over 10 million subscribers, Textrade.com, a textile
trading exchange with over 7,000 members in 50 countries, and production451.com,
a film industry portal and marketplace. Mr. Tan was Chief Information
Officer for Azerty Inc., a $800 million office supplies distributor
and was responsible for implementing major CRM and SCM initiatives
for the company. Mr. Tan held other senior executive positions at
medical, biotech, manufacturing and telemarketing companies servicing
clients such as IBM, Sony, Microsoft, Softbank, HP, Nashua, Staples,
Office Depot, and Medpath. Mt. Tan holds a B.A. in Mathematics and
Computer Science from SUNY Buffalo, New York.

Daniel Leberman,
Senior Associate - Mr. Daniel Leberman conducts
due diligence on potential investment opportunities for GHV Fund,
LP. Prior to joining GreenHills Ventures, Mr. Leberman was a management
consultant with Cambridge Pharma Consultancy, a subsidiary of IMS
Health, in New York City. While at Cambridge, Mr. Leberman managed
projects addressing key licensing, Mergers & Acquisitions, organizational
design, marketing, and Research & Development related strategy
issues for major pharmaceutical and biotechnology businesses. Mr.
Leberman also founded a non-profit organization dedicated to creating
dialogue around the ethical implications of health care business
decisions. Mr. Leberman graduated cum laude from the University
of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a Masters degree at NYU
Law and an MBA degree from Stern School of Business. Mr. Leberman
is also an InSITE Fellow, an organization comprised of Columbia
University and New York University graduates assisting early stage
companies with their business development and fund raising.

Vinaykumar Hazare, Associate - Mr. Hazare
conducts due diligence on potential investment opportunities for GHV Fund, LP
and certain select sponsored investments for GHVWMG (Wealth Management Group).
Prior to GreenHills Ventures, Mr. Hazare worked in equity research at Sems
Capital Investment Management, LLC, a New York based value hedge fund
focusing on mid to micro-cap equity securities. Mr. Hazare is a Finance
and Accounting major at New York University, Stern School of Business. Mr.
Hazare holds the NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Andrew M. Banks, Senior Legal Associate - Mr. Banks is a New York attorney currently serving as Legal Counsel at Greenhills Ventures, LLC. Mr Banks has performed an advisory function on several large commercial real estate and financing transactions in New York. Prior to this, Mr Banks served as an associate at ING, responsible for providing legal and financial expertise for real estate investment funds and the company's global commercial mortgage business. Mr Banks has previously held various business and financial functions within Lyondell Chemical and Seagate Technology. Mr Banks holds an LLM in Law and Finance from Duisenberg School of Finance, an MSc in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam Business School, an LLM in International Law from Leiden University, and an LLB (First Class) from the University of Strathclyde. Mr Banks has also undertaken research on international comparative securities laws at Columbia Law School and published research on developments in private equity and venture capital terms and financing.

Davide Montoni, Junior Associate- Mr. Montoni is responsible for managing and screening investment opportunities which fall inside the investment criteria for GHV Fund, LP and the GHV Global Wealth Management Group. Mr. Montoni also manages the firm�s relationships with financial institutional partners, advisors, and investment banking firms. Mr. Montoni conducts preliminary due diligence on companies seeking private equity investment. Prior to joining GreenHills Ventures, Mr. Montoni worked in an accounting capacity for Marriott, Inc and in Wealth Management at MetLife. Mr. Montoni is double majoring in Finance and Marketing at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
