Emanuel Martinez, General Managing Director - Mr. Martinez is General Managing Director for GreenHills Ventures, LLC, a private investment holding company managing several investment arms headquartered in New York City and Luxembourg. Mr. Martinez manages the firm's investment activities, portfolio management, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions with primary focus on the sectors the firm makes its investments. Prior to GreenHills Ventures, Mr. Martinez was a private investor and member of an investor group which invested and participated in the successful acquisition of to YouthStream Media Network (OTCBB: YSTM), a public company for $125 million, and followed by the successful acquisition of E@wonders, Inc. to BuyItNow for $150 million. Mr. Martinez is an active private investor and financial consultant and advisor to multi-family offices and corporate investment firms. Mr. Martinez brings wealth of over 30 years prior senior level corporate financial management and mergers and acquisition experience as Managing Director for Mergers & Acquisition at Citibank, NA, American Express Corporation, Coastal Oil, Inc. Inlumen, Inc., Dial Corporation, Seagram's Beverage Corporation, Olsten Financial Services, Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. In 1994, Mr. Martinez was appointed by Governor of Georgia, Zell Miller, as a member of Operation Legacy to work with Fortune 1000 companies in preparation for the 1996 Centennial Olympics Games. Mr. Martinez holds a M.B.A in Finance and a B.A. in Accounting from St. John's University and Harvard Business School Executive Management Program in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. Mr. Martinez is an active investor and financial advisor serving on the advisory committees and board of GHV Angel Capital Group, AngelPool - Angel Group Advisory Board (, AdmieMobile, True Share Vault, Cloudnician-Kinician, N2-GS, Inc., Soshio, Inc. Mr Martinez is on the advisory committee for the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce ( and other board related activities on behalf of the firm's investment activities ( Mr. Martinez is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian and Hebrew and lives with his wife and son in New York City. Mr. Martinez is a supports the National Community and Volunteer Services of America, a national not-for-profit organization which supports homeless shelters and soup kitchens. Mr. Martinez frequently volunteers with his son at several soup kitchens and senior homes in New York City and Pennsylvania.

Patrick Tan, Managing Director - Mr. Tan brings tremendous technology experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, pharma, and CRM. Mr. Tan oversaw the launch of, an internet portal with over 10 million subscribers,, a textile trading exchange with over 7,000 members in 50 countries, and, a film industry portal and marketplace. Mr. Tan was Chief Information Officer for Azerty Inc., a $800 million office supplies distributor and was responsible for implementing major CRM and SCM initiatives for the company. Mr. Tan held other senior executive positions at medical, biotech, manufacturing and telemarketing companies servicing clients such as IBM, Sony, Microsoft, Softbank, HP, Nashua, Staples, Office Depot, and Medpath. Mt. Tan holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from SUNY Buffalo, New York.

Mark Goldenberg, Esq. Assistant General Counsel - Mr. Mark Goldenberg is Assistant General Counsel at GreenHills Ventures. Mr. Goldenberg is an experienced corporate attorney, concentrating his practice in the area of securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Prior to GreenHills Ventures, he was of counsel to David Lubin & Associates, where he specialized in securities offerings, corporate transactions, and compliance with SOX, Dodd-Frank, FINRA and SEC rules. Before that, he was a corporate associate at Snow Becker Krauss, working on a wide range of corporate and securities matters. Mr. Goldenberg holds an Israeli law degree as well as an American law degree from Cornell Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar.

Kenneth Perry, Jr,. JD. Legal - Mr. Perry assist the firm on general legal matters related to shareholder agreements, general equity securities, restructuring notes, term sheets, draft closing documents, bank loans and covenants, employee agreements, and coordinates with outside counsel on purchase agreements investments. Mr. Perry was a Senior Associate with the firm and he managed due diligence on investment opportunities for GHF I and GHF II and GH Wealth Management Holding. In his prior capacity, Mr. Perry also managed the assessed senior management operational track record, researched investment comparable, reviewed intellectual property, and other related matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Perry held positions in the Compliance Monitoring Groups at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking and Forex Capital Markets. Mr. Perry graduated from New York University School of Law and Phi Beta Kappa from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Perry is admitted in the New York Bar.

Jeremy Schiller, J.D., Senior Associate - Mr. Schiller manages and supports management in the due diligence process on companies including coordinating with outside research firms, intellectual property attorneys, and potential industry related acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining GreenHills Ventures, Mr. Schiller worked as an associate at Dover Capital, a middle market real estate development and private equity firm in St. Louis, MO. At Dover, he assisted in strategic marketing and property acquisitions. Mr. Schiller graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Journalism and received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Schiller passed the New York bar exam and is awaiting admittance in 2016.

Matthew Murphy., Associate - Mr. Murphy assists in evaluating new business and investment activities for the firm including screening, evaluating synergies with corporate strategic partnerships, providing key updates for portfolio companies, and assessing investment requirements that meet the firm’s various investment arms. Mr. Matthew started his career with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and worked for a group of financial advisors that came from Bank of America during the merger with Carruthers Fitzgerald Group. Mr. Murphy spent his first year organizing products and related business activities to private wealth clients. Mr. Murphy then joined the Carlson Group in charge of analyzing companies to meet a criteria using Investor Business Daily. Mr. Murphy works closely with private and public companies and their executive management team during the pre-screening process to ensure the firm’s investment strategic meet the overall goals of the companies seeking an investment from the firm. Mr. Murphy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University and a Masters in Science of Finance from University of Tampa.
